"Daddy Special" Mac and Cheese, Hot Dogs with Broccoli

This one almost always works because most kids love what's in it.  Ok, so they may not like broccoli, so you can leave it out, put it on the side or replace it with a veggie your kids will eat.

It is also a great One Pot recipe! Which makes it super simple and easy to clean up.

You should hopefully already have the ingredients in your house.  If not, you'll either have to make a quick run to the store now or hopefully you're reading this 8 to 24 hours before you need to make it so you can stop at the store on your way home from being out for the day.
