Fruit Bowl

Here's a quick healthy snack.

Sometimes the kids want a snack and you just have to tell them they can't have "junk" and to have to eat something healthy.

Healthy doesn't have to require a lot of work.  A fruit bowl is quick and easy - and less boring than "have an apple" or "have a banana." Plus it's pretty, though your kids probably don't care about that.

This one is great because you can simply use any fruit you have in the house. You don't have to make it look like the picture here.

Plus, you'll want to fill the bowl with fruits your kids like.

Fruit Bowl Recipe

Prep time: About 3 minutes
Create time: You create while you prep, so "0 minutes?"
Number of Servings: One

Ingredients
  • Fruit (ie, Grapes, Bananas, Oranges, Clementines, Blueberries, Strawberries, etc)
How to create
  1. Find fruit you have in the house.  
  2. Depending on what fruit you find, you may need to peel, remove from stem, and/or cut up, and rinse then place in a bowl.
